The Rules

Rule One: You must have a nonreal character.
Rule Two: You play as your own family unless another user gives you their permission for you to be their family.
Rule Three: Instead of making a character sheet for a Important Character, you just claim them.
Rule Four: You can NOT godmodd.
Rule Five: No killing characters unless given permission first.
Rule Six: No swearing.
Rule Seven: Romance is allowed
Rule Eight: No power-playing.
Rule Nine: ADMINS HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE UP RULES WHENEVER AT WEST SIIEDE'S SAY-SO
Rule Ten: No cry-your-eyes-out stories.
Rule Eleven: You must be active at least 4 times in a week. (Unless you're not able to, then you talk to West Siiede about it, and she (I) will talk to you about it, and make an acception.

Perhaps you should add these:

Romance allowed/not allowed/encouraged.
No cybering - time skip please.
No power-playing.
I have the right to make rules any time I want.
I have the right to delete or remove your character.
You may have up to __ characters at a time.
No cry-your-eyes-out stories .
You must be active at least __ times in a week.
No drop-off characters please.

Just some suggestions.

I disagree with the "I have the right to delet your charries thing". I highly disagree with that.

I guess I do too, because that is rude, but its not like Im going to ever inforce the rule, but we might as well let the rule stay, so other will be happy.... -_-

and how do you claim? and are like this does not count cuase im asking a questin ubout it, damn and hell allowed?

damn and hell aren't really bad words..... and you just claim by telling me who you want on the IMPORTANT PEOPLE list

yea i say we add at least two more rules
no double posting cept in your charries house or the rouge camp
and use " when talking"
